Booking Policies:
You can book your class up to 10 days in advance. Once booked you can cancel up to 4 hours prior to class. If you are unable to cancel on time or don't make it to class there will be a $5 fee assessed to your account. All non-enrichment programs listed above are included with our ALL ACCESS or SENIOR memberships. If you don't have a membership you can do an ALL ACCESS day pass for $10 and attend unlimited classes that day.

Enrichment - Music Video Ride
Cardio Groove w/ Kathy
Find your Groove with Cardio Groove with Kathy is a fun filled dance fitness workout. It incorporates the latest HipHop, Dancehall, Latin, Soca and Popular music with strength training for an amazing total body workout.

ENRICHMENT - ZUMBA
Join us as we bring the party! Lights down low, music up, and let's dance!

Line Dance Fitness
You will learn basic line dance step patterns and dance to music ranging from Rock to Country. Line Dancing is a good overall body, mind, and spirit low-impact exercise. Line dancing is great for all ages 16 to 106.
Warm Yoga Flow
Join Warm Power Flow Yoga set to music that will inspire you to breathe and move.

Gentle Flow
A flow for all levels with out the heat!

Chair Yoga
Join us for a relaxing yoga and balance practice specifically designed for our Senior population.

Free Earth Day Flow (Lake Atalanta)
Join us at Lake Atalanta for a free all levels flow at the Rogers Earth Day celebration.
Dance Fit Community Class

Yoga Flow Community Class
We are so excited to be bringing back our community class series. Join us on Saturday at 8:30am for an amazing free community Yoga Flow class.

Barre
It blends the latest exercise science with the principles of the Lotte Berk method (the genesis of the Barre movement) delivering a fusion of ballet, pilates, yoga and strength training to the workouts.

Aerial Trapeze Yoga
Come enjoy flight! Supported by the trapeze and find flight. This class is all levels but requires a good knowledge and awareness of your body. Dress accordingly, buttons and zippered tend to get caught.

Club Cycle
The lights are low and the music is up! Come join this "dance on a bike" as we take you through a journey that is unlike any other "spin" class on the market. This is the union of sweat and energy to bring your mind and body together for an experience you will never forget.
